I can't change the player's color

  • Please check the plan you have contracted to.
    Player's customization is available with the【Team and Studio】 plan accounts.
  • After changing the color, be sure to click "Save".
  • Make sure your web browser is the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Safari, Firefox, or Chrome.
  • Clear the browser cache. If that doesn't work, go to the next step.
  • Make sure you are using the recommended usage environment.
  • Temporarily disable the firewall or set beSTREAM as a trusted site. Your antivirus software may have a built-in firewall.
