I can't display the player's logo

  • Please check the plan you have contracted to.
    Changing the player's logo is only available with the 【Team and Studio】plan accounts.
  • The uploadable image formats will be jpg and png.
  • After setting the logo, be sure to click "Save".
  • Make sure your web browser is the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Safari, Firefox, or Chrome.
  • Clear the browser cache. If that doesn't work, go to the next step.
  • Make sure you are using the recommended usage environment.

  • Temporarily disable the firewall or set beSTREAM as a trusted site.
    Your antivirus software may have a built-in firewall.
