If you experience problems uploading videos, please follow these troubleshooting steps.
- Make sure your web browser is the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Safari or Chrome.
- Please also make sure you have the latest version of the app version.
- Please close beSTREAM and clear your browser and app cache and cookies before opening it again.
- The maximum file size that can be uploaded at one time is up to the remaining storage capacity for the【Free・Basic・Pro】plan, and up to the remaining storage capacity or 4.5TB for the【Premium】plan.
- The maximum number of video files that can be uploaded simultaneously is 10 files for all plans.
- Please temporarily disable your firewall or set beSTREAM as a trusted site. Your anti-virus software may have a built-in firewall.
