Shared links do not expire.
However, if you have privacy settings such as publication period or number of playbacks, you may not be able to view the video.
If video sharing is not working properly, please check the following items.
- Please check your network environment, including whether you have an Internet connection.
- Please check your supported OS and browser.
- For videos for which a password or passcode has been set, please enter it again. If the problem persists, please check with the holder (video sharer).
- It may be that the "the viewing period has expired" or "the maximum number of views has been exceeded.

If the video does not play after all checks, please close beSTREAM, delete your browser cache or cookies, and reopen beSTREAM.
If the video is private or has been deleted by the holder (video sharer) or at the discretion of beSTREAM, the message "404 NOT FOUND" or "This video is no longer shared." and "This video is no longer shared." may be displayed.
The beSTREAM office cannot respond to the publication or non-publication of individual videos.
