I can't set up an album well
- Make sure your web browser is the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Safari, Firefox, or Chrome.
- Clear the browser cache. If that doesn't work, go to the next step.
- Make sure you are using the recommended usage environment. For more information, see: ◯ How do I access beSTREAM?
- Temporarily disable the firewall or set beSTREAM as a trusted site. Your antivirus software may have a built-in firewall.
