Upload troubleshooting

If you're dealing with uploading a video, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  • Clear the browser cache. If that doesn't work, go to the next step.
  • Make sure you are using the recommended usage environment.

  • Please check the maximum upload size for each plan.

  • The number of video files that can be uploaded at the same time depends on the plan.

    Your antivirus software may have a built-in firewall.
